The airline seeks professionals with at least 500 flight hours to strengthen its crew as part of its 2030 Flight Plan growth strategy.
Iberia has announced the launch of a new recruitment campaign for entry-level pilots, offering positions based in Madrid. The opportunity is open to aviation professionals who meet the company’s established requirements — most notably, holding a minimum of 500 flight hours on aircraft certified under CS-25 or equivalent standards.
This recruitment drive is part of Iberia’s ambitious 2030 Flight Plan, which outlines the airline’s growth and modernization strategy. The plan includes new routes to international destinations such as Toronto, Philadelphia, Monterrey, Orlando, Fortaleza, and Recife. It also involves the incorporation of new Airbus A350 and A321XLR aircraft and the complete renewal of Iberia’s short- and medium-haul fleet, reaffirming the airline’s commitment to leading the future of European aviation.
Interested applicants can submit their applications exclusively through Iberia’s official career website: trabajaconnosotros.iberia.es. The selection process will be conducted in stages and by groups, with shortlisted candidates receiving an email containing the details of their assessment sessions and required documentation.
